Constructing a good thesis statement for my position paper

Hi friends. Welcome back. For my position paper i have chosen a collection of short stories entitiled Interpreter of Maladies by Jhumpa Lahiri. I am a long time fan of Jhumpa and her works have touched lots of people. This what makes me to appreciate her works. Most of her works is a combination of values between the east and the west. She also adds other elements like romance, culture, colours and many more. Actually i just got her book last week and guess what there is only one copy left. By God's grace i grabbed immediately the book and begin to start reading it. There are nine short stories and i have chosen this particular story entitled 'A Temporary Matter'. Now what i have to do is to construct a good thesis statement. So lets meet in the next session.
